This Reiki-infused Sound Bath was played and recorded LIVE on 11/13/24, with the intention to offer a supportive space at that moment in time to process, feel, and release some of the many emotions that we all were carrying as a result of the election. Now, I offer this recording with similar intentions, as we are now in a new and frightening era, where the rights of so many are being threatened by the few.
Self-healing, and healing in community, is essential now and always. The shared energy of the group that gathered virtually on 11/13 is infused into this sound bath, a powerful aspect of the healing that will hopefully provide you with a sense of connectedness.
This sound bath focuses primarily on the heart chakra, with the intention to ultimately soothe the heart space and provide a sense of grounding and equilibrium.
